Chesney Hawkes has become the latest casualty of this season's Dancing On Ice.
The popstar has been ruled out of the competition by doctors after sustaining a severe ankle sprain and fractured fibula.
He will be replaced by former X Factor contestant Chico, who has promised to skate 'for Chesney and do him proud'.

In a statement, ITV revealed that Hawkes, 40, took a tumble while practising basic skating steps with professional partner Jodeyne Higgins.
The One And Only singer was seen by hospital medics and the Dancing On Ice physio who ruled him out of the competition.
Chesney said: 'I am gutted not to be taking part in Dancing On Ice. I was having a brilliant time and couldn’t wait to finally be skating live on national TV!
'It wasn’t even a spectacular fall, it was a slight stumble as I practised with my skating partner,' he revealed. 'I think my children are the most disappointed - they were so excited at the prospect of watching me skate.
It's Chico time! The former X Factor star says his inclusion is 'not in the best of circumstances' and that he wants to do Chesney proud
He added: 'I’m determined to be back on the ice. I might not be able to appear in this series but hoping I will be able to appear in the show next year!'
Chico Slimani, who found fame on the 2005 series of X Factor and later reached number one on the charts with It's Chico Time, noted that his inclusion in the competition was bittersweet.
The 40-year-old said: 'Whilst I'm really excited about being part of the new series of Dancing On Ice it's not necessarily in the best of circumstances. I wish Chesney all the best and a speedy recovery.
He added: 'I will not just be skating for myself, I will be skating for Chesney as well and do him proud.'

Co-host Phillip Schofield revealed the news on Twitter last night. He wrote: 'Just heard that poor Chesney Hawkes is too injured to continue on DOI, he's so upset. That's two celebs we've broken and we're not on air!!
He also teased fans with the news of Chico entering the competition, tweeting: 'Dangerous stuff this ice, you don't get this with a foxtrot! His replacement? Well your clue.. What time is it? ;)'
Hawkes missed the show press conference yesterday to rest his ankle at home, in the hope that he would be recovered in time for Sunday's launch show.
He is the third person this year to suffer injuries.

Sugababe Heidi Range's professional partner Sylvain Longchambon has already been ruled out of this year's series after tearing a tendon in his right bicep. Instead, Range will be partnered with Andrei Lipanov.
And former Blue Peter host Andy Akinwolere revealed on This Morning yesterday that he has dislocated his finger.
However in this instance it wasn't the ice to blame - it happened while he was playing basketball with his brother over the Christmas holidays.
The new series of Dancing On Ice starts on Sunday 8th January at 6.30pm on ITV1. The result show will be at 9.30pm on ITV1.
