She is the mother-of-six and has a busy Hollywood career, so it is not unusual for Angelina Jolie to look somewhat exhausted from time to time.
But over the last couple of nights - as the actress stepped out for two red-carpet occasions - she has looked remarkably refreshed.
Tonight the 36-year-old's complexion was particularly flawless with barely a line or wrinkle in sight as she attended a screening of her directorial debut In the Land of Blood and Honey at the Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington.

Flawless: Angelina Jolie looked remarkably refreshed as she arrived for a premiere of her directorial debut In The Land Of Blood And Honey at the Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington this evening with Brad Pitt
Simply glowing, the raven-haired beauty was picture perfect as she arrived on the arm of long term partner Brad Pitt, wearing a full length grey cashmere coat to keep her toasty from the cold conditions.
Underneath it appeared that she was wearing a nude dress and she paired the look with some shimmering gold Christian Louboutin stilettos.
As always, the ever-so-stylish star accessorised the look with some simple yet chic jewellery consisting of a pair of large pearl earrings.

Fresh-faced: Her complexion was far more luminous than it was back in April this year when she attended a show at a theater in Los Angeles
Date night: After the event Angelina and Brad went out for dinner
Boyfriend Brad was still hobbling around on his walking stick, but of course looked dashing in a three-piece navy suit nonetheless.
He also wore a crisp white shirt, navy tie and shiny black shoes to polish off the look.
The chic couple were joined by stars of Angelina's directorial debut actors Zana Marjanovic and Goran Kostic.

The actress's conservative choice of attire was a far-cry different from her appearance at the New York Film Critics Circle Awards on Monday night.
The stunning star stole the spotlight away from Brad on the night he was actually nominated for an award.
The Oscar-winning actress wowed in a tight-fitting leather skirt which managed to make her look both slim and elegant.
Dashing duo: As always the pair were the epitome of a chic and sophisticated couple
She paired the ferocious piece with a simple white silk shirt, classic black heels and a chic black clutch.
Her only concessions to colour were the emeralds that shimmered at her throat and her ears.
The actress once again arrived hand-in-hand with Pitt.
His accessory of a cane is certainly far less glamorous than Angelina's gorgeous ensembles, though far more necessary.
Come here dear: Long-term boyfriend Brad was still hobbling around on his walking stick, but was helped by his doting partner
Brad is said to be recovering from a torn medial collateral ligament, an injury sustained after a fall on a ski slope last week.
The actor broke out the cane over the weekend at the 23rd Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards Gala.
The actor told reporters he suffered an injury after falling over on a ski slope while holding onto one of the couple's twins.
Happy: Despite his handicap Brad was in high spirits throughout the night
He was honoured at the ceremony with the Desert Palm Achievement Award which noted his acting skills in Moneyball and The Tree of Life.
Perhaps winning another award at Monday night's ceremony will lessen the pain of his injury.
The actor appears to be on somewhat of a winning streak and last night scooped the Best Actor gong for his work in Moneyball and The Tree of Life.
Co-stars: The chic couple were joined by stars of Angelina's directorial debut actors Zana Marjanovic and Goran Kostic
Angelina's film in The Land of Blood and Honey revolves around a Muslim woman named Aija (Marjanovic)who falls in love with Serbian Daniijel (Kostic).
In the unlikely love story, which opened in American theatres last December, Daniijel inadvertently becomes Aija's jailer when the Bosnians are captured by the Serbs.
In a recent interview with USA Today, Angelina talked about her movie, which is set in 1990s war-torn Bosnia.
'I’ve always been drawn to war films,' she said. 'I did love directing. If I’m allowed, if I’m accepted, I will do it again. I am still very shy about it.'
Racy: The actress's conservative choice of attire was a far-cry different from her appearance at the New York Film Critics Circle Awards on Monday night when she slipped into a racy leather skirt
