She has admitted piling on weight to portray iconic pin-up Marilyn Monroe in My Week With Marilyn.
But now her role in the film is over, it seems Michelle Williams has returned to her former appearance, slimming back down to a significantly smaller size.
The 31-year-old actress, who is already being tipped to win an Oscar for the part, was pictured looking gamine in a cream sleeveless dress as she attended the Forevermark And InStyle's A Promise Of Beauty And Brilliance Golden Globe Awards Event at the Beverly Hills Hotel last night.

Pin-up: Michelle had to find a way to emulate Marilyn's iconic womanly figure for the movie role
Gone were the boosted cleavage and womanly figure as Michelle posed up for photographers at the event.
Earlier in the day, Michelle had looked slender as she went for lunch with a friend at the fancy Cecconi's Italian Restaurant in West Hollywood.
She donned a striped red and white T-shirt and a red leather skirt as she enjoyed her meal out.

Michelle recently revealed she had an unusual method of getting in the shoes of Marilyn for in the film, which also stars Kenneth Branagh and Emma Watson.
She said: 'I would think that I had a little scoop of chocolate ice cream right in the back of my mouth and everything that I breathed in tasted or smelled really, really good.
'[Monroe] figured out that she looked more attractive with her mouth open and to keep that openness I tried to think of that little scoop of ice cream on the back of my tongue.'
And Michelle said previously that she enjoyed a much bigger diet getting into the right shape for the role, adding: 'I wasn't watching what I ate, let's put it that way.'
Michelle attended last night's Golden Globes party ahead of the ceremony itself on January 15th. She is nominated for Best Actress in a Comedy or Musical for My Week With Marilyn.
Michelle was joined at the event by stars including Jessica Alba, who looked chic in a black tiered dress, and Rebecca Romijn.
