We're used to seeing Frankie Sandford missing from the line-up but fans were left puzzled on Thursday night when Vanessa White was a no show at The Saturdays' gig.
The five-piece were due to perform at the Asda event Tickled Pink: Girls' Night Out at the O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire.
But after falling ill with a bug, the 22-year-old singer had to miss the show.
Missing in action: Vanessa White was missing from The Saturdays' line-up at the Tickled Pink concert on Thursday night
Vanessa's bandmates Mollie King, Rochelle Wiseman, Frankie Sandford and pregnant singer Una Healy all walked on to carry out the gig.
Reports claim Vanessa was seen at the venue but she allegedly fled before the show in floods of tears.
Although she seemed in a jovial mood ahead of the concert, tweeting just hours before: 'Listening to @choicefm on the way to work playing the TUNES!!!'
Absent friend: Pregnant singer Una Healy managed to complete the gig, as did Frankie Sandford....
While engaged star Rochelle Wiseman and blonde beauty Mollie King also continued with the show in the absence of Vanessa
But fans were left even more concerned when newly engaged star Rochelle paid tribute on stage to Una for showing up despite being heavily pregnant.
But no word was given as to why Vanessa was absent.
And they've still failed to officially address the singer's no-show since the gig.
Girl power! The Saturdays' Frankie joined stars of Little Mix and Alexandra Burke as they performed at the Tickled Pink show
But a close source to the star reveals she has been taken ill and suggests she may have contracted a bug during her new year's trip to Thailand.
Vanessa spent the holidays enjoying a full moon party in Koh Phangan.
But it appears her break away may have caused her to fall sick.
The MailOnline is told: 'She did the sound check and the media conference but came over all funny and was taken to a doctor so missed the gig.'
But the rep insists the bug is nothing serious and her bandmates spent Friday afternoon visiting the star at her house to check up on her.
The band performed alongside X Factor winners Little Mix, Alexandra Burke, Chipmunk and Dionne Bromfield at the concert.
The rest of The Saturdays emerged smiling after the show, while expectant star Una Healy looked glowing wearing silver T-bar heels - despite being seven months pregnant.
It's not the first time one of the girls has been missing from the line-up.
I'm here! Chipmunk turned up to the event to perform
... as did Dionne Bromfield and Alexandra Burke
Frankie Sandford, who turns 22 on Saturday, spent several weeks on a break from the band as she battled an unknown illness in October.
But she recovered in time to rejoin them on their All Fired Up tour.
And she was ecstatic to come back just as Una's baby news was revealed.
She tweeted at the time: 'I've been very impatient for Unas bump to show. I've come back and it's finally here! The Sats baby is growing!!!!! :)'
And she's set to celebrate her birthday this weekend, writing on the site on Friday evening: '1 more sleep till my birthday!!!!'
Full house! All five girls, including Vanessa, performed at the Jingle Bell Ball last month
