The perks of being the eldest! Brooklyn and Romeo attend Military Awards with David Beckham, as Cruz and Harper stay home with Victoria

Having famous parents isn't always easy, with cameras being thrust in your face during a simple trip to school and clocking up more air miles than prom dates.
But with notoriety comes some rather exclusive invitations, as Brooklyn and Romeo Beckham discovered walking the red carpet with the Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William tonight.
The boys attended the Military Awards with father David at The Imperial War Museum, while younger brother Cruz and baby sister Harper drew the short straw staying home with mother Victoria.

The Beckham clan were seen arriving at Heathrow airport this morning, having travelled home from Los Angeles in honour of the festive season.
Beginning to resemble Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's giant brood, the family all looked tired following their ten hour flight - yet David and the boys appeared to have had a nap before tonight.
Missing the girls? Victoria failed to attend the event, no doubt looking after Harper and youngest son Cruz
David played the proud father by posing with his arms around Booklyn, 12, and nine-year-old Romeo, before eventually ushering them towards the entrance after calling quits on the photographs.
Channelling his inner Hollywood movie star, the football ace opted for a suave bow tie, while his mini-me's were suited and booted in ties.

Family friends Gordon and Tana Ramsay also attended the event, with both families incredibly close-knit and having previously holidayed together.
Other stars to flaunt their stuff on the red carpet included McFly bandmates Harry Judd and Dougie Poynter, Peter Andre, Jamie and Louise Redknapp, Alesha Dixon and X Factor winners Little Mix.

The 'lil' muffins' have been tipped as the new Spice Girls, so hopefully David can give them Victoria's number for some advice.
Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson, Jade Thirlwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock have already met Mel C and Emma Bunton, with Geri Haliwell sending them flowers in honour of their reality show win last week.

Leigh-Anne told the Sunday Mirror: 'Emma told me to ignore the judges when they were talking about us needing a lead singer.
'She said the Spice Girls never had a lead singer and it can work well, and to stick to our guns with what we want to do.
'She told me to keep a book by my bed and start writing. If I have an idea for a lyric, get up, write it down and go back to sleep.'
The new Spice Girls? Little Mix may not be able to meet Posh tonight, but David can give them some advice
