The service was presided over by the priest from the local Catholic church in the gardens.
The group then went for a reception party at the family home.
Jessica's sultry looks have often been credited to her parents' heritage.
Her father, a former staff member for the American Air Force, is of Mexican decent, while her mother is a mixture of French and Danish, are both.
Her parents, who are devout Catholics, were just 20 when she was born.
Of her relationship with her parents, she has said: 'We all grew up together. My parents were so young. My dad hates it when I talk about our past, about not having things, living with grandma, wearing thrift-store clothes, cutting coupons.'
Cash and Jessica were married in May 2008 after four years together.
They wed at a Los Angeles courthouse in a civil ceremony and their daughter was born the following month.
Jessica is in the middle of the promotional tour for her new film Little Fockers, for which she was reportedly paid $3 million.
She is also currently filming Spy Kids 4: All The Time In The World, alongside Antonia Banderas and Jeremy Piven.
Cash has also been busy having just completed filming on a new TV series called Being Terry Kennedy on which he was an executive producer.
