Flagged up as the hot new kid on the block by industry insiders after his spring/summer 2011 show last September, the Colombian former art director counts Anna Wintour as a fan and Beyoncé and Halle Berry have worn his creations on the red carpet. He also happens to be the man behind Rose McGowan’s gorgeous green mini, which we’ve been swooning over all afternoon. On a night out in LA, the actress let the dress (and that cleavage) do the talking, accessorising only with Christian Louboutin’s cult spiked ankle boots.
